Anyssa is wonderful to deal with, excellent communication and trys hard to please. Unfortunately I was not happy with the finished product I received (the CAD drawings did not give me a clear understanding of what the final product would look like). While the ring is very pretty and well made, it sits flush on my finger, no profile, so it disappears – which I don’t like. The manufacturer would not accept returns so it now sits in my jewerly box & I am out the $. Had I been able to return I would gladly have exchanged for one of Anyssa’s other beautiful products. If you can return your purchase if not happy I would highly recommend dealing with Anyssa. I believe she has changed to a manufacturer who will accept returns.
